Concepts and quotes
Website images and the Custom Design tool are planning aids. Dimensions, materials, light behavior, glass, contents, price, timing, pickup, delivery, and shipping are confirmed in writing before production. A quote may change if the specification or site conditions change.
Deposit and production
A 40% build deposit is generally required after written approval to reserve materials and begin production. Most approved builds are estimated at approximately 14 days, but custom materials, revisions, testing, access, or delivery arrangements may affect the schedule.
Changes, cancellations, and returns
Because each table is made to an approved specification, any change, cancellation, return, or refund terms are confirmed in the written quote. Changes requested after materials are ordered or work begins may add cost or time and may not always be possible.
Warranty
MaxLumire provides six-month limited coverage for qualifying LED and circuit failures. Glass breakage, water or moisture damage, heat, fire, impact, alteration, improper installation, and misuse are excluded. The written order records the exact coverage for the commissioned table.
Pickup, delivery, and shipping
Los Angeles pickup and any delivery or shipping arrangement must be confirmed in advance. The customer is responsible for providing accurate access details and inspecting the table at handoff. Any visible shipping or delivery damage should be documented and reported promptly.
Website presentation and contact
Screen settings, reflections, room lighting, and custom assembly can affect perceived color and depth. Product photos illustrate completed directions and do not replace the approved build sheet. Questions may be sent to maxlumire@gmail.com. These terms are governed by applicable California law.
