Lead time

Most builds are completed in approximately 14 days after approval.

Deposit

A 40% build deposit secures materials and begins production.

Warranty

Six-month limited coverage for LED and circuit failures.

Handoff

Los Angeles pickup or confirmed delivery and shipping arrangements.

Review the deposit, shipping, return, and warranty policy before an approved order is paid.

Are custom dimensions available?

The listed sizes are starting formats. Any different size requires a direct review of proportion, glass, structure, and intended use.

What does the warranty exclude?

Glass breakage, water or moisture damage, heat, fire, impact, alteration, and misuse are not covered.

Can a table ship outside Los Angeles?

Shipping is available across the United States and Canada after packaging, access, weight, and delivery cost are confirmed.

Is the configurator the final approval?

No. It records the starting direction. Production begins only after the final written build sheet and quote are approved.
