Know what is confirmed.
Every order receives a written specification and quote. That document controls the final table, price, schedule, and fulfillment plan.
Are MaxLumire tables handmade?
Yes. Each table is made to an approved specification, assembled and finished as an individual commission, then inspected and tested before handoff.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes. Sizes outside the listed formats require a direct review of proportion, tempered glass, structure, weight, intended use, and delivery access.
What is the difference between fixed-color and RGB lighting?
A fixed-color composition keeps the installed color direction while allowing the confirmed controls such as brightness or motion modes. RGB lighting can change across a broad color range.
How much is the deposit?
A 40% build deposit is generally requested after the final written specification, price, timing, and handoff plan are approved.
How long does a table take to build?
Most approved builds are estimated at approximately 14 days. Custom materials, revisions, testing, access, packaging, or delivery arrangements can affect timing.
Do you offer pickup or local delivery?
Pickup and local delivery can be arranged after the table size, destination, stairs, elevator limits, parking, and other access details are confirmed.
Can MaxLumire tables be shipped?
Shipping can be reviewed across the United States and Canada after finished dimensions, weight, packaging, destination, access, and carrier cost are confirmed.
Can a custom table be returned or canceled?
Because every table is made to an approved specification, cancellation, return, and refund terms are stated in the written quote before the deposit. Changes after materials are ordered or work begins may not be possible.
What warranty is included?
MaxLumire provides six-month limited coverage for qualifying LED and circuit failures. Glass breakage, moisture, heat, fire, impact, alteration, improper installation, and misuse are excluded.
Does the online configurator create a final order?
No. It records a starting direction. Production begins only after the written build sheet and quote are approved and the agreed deposit is received.
