Written approval and 40% deposit
Production begins only after the dimensions, materials, lighting, glass, display contents, price, timing, and fulfillment plan are approved in writing. A 40% build deposit is generally used to reserve materials and begin the approved work.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation terms are stated in the written quote. Requests made after materials are ordered or production begins may add cost or time and may not be possible. The quote will state how any approved cancellation affects the deposit.
Returns and refunds
Because each table is made to an approved customer specification, return and refund eligibility is not assumed. The written quote states the applicable terms before the deposit. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Pickup and local delivery
Pickup or local delivery is confirmed before production. The customer must provide accurate information about stairs, elevators, doorways, parking, loading access, and the intended placement. Additional access or labor requirements may change the delivery quote.
Shipping
U.S. and Canada shipping is reviewed after finished size, weight, packaging, destination, and access are known. Shipping cost and service are confirmed separately. The customer must inspect the package and table at delivery whenever possible.
Damage at handoff
Visible damage should be photographed before unpacking continues and reported promptly with photos of the table, packaging, and carrier documentation. Keep the packaging until the issue is reviewed.
Six-month limited electrical warranty
MaxLumire provides six-month limited coverage for qualifying LED and circuit failures. Glass breakage, water or moisture damage, heat, fire, impact, alteration, improper installation, misuse, and normal wear are excluded. The written order records the exact coverage for the commissioned table.
